Balloting
- The ballot result will be announced 7 days after the ballot. Members on the reserve list will receive an SMS to confirm their enrolment.
- Members can check the ballot result on the “Ballot Result” page of TMDHC’s Website or at any of our centres.
- If members are unable to attend an activity, they must inform TMDHC staff (in person, by phone, or in written form) at least three days before the activity date. Otherwise, this will affect their chance of taking part in future centre activities.
- TMDHC reserves the right to determine whether a member is eligible to join activities.
