Sports and gym activities
- Participants should wear proper sportswear, long trousers, long socks and sports shoes. Please do not wear jeans, leather shoes or slippers to the class. Participants should bring their own drinking water and personal hygiene products.
- Members should follow the instructions from our coaches and exercise according to their own health condition. He/she should let our coaches know if he/she is feeling uncomfortable and stop exercising. Fitness coaches will advise a member to stop participating in the activity and seek medical attention as soon as possible if they find that he or she is not suitable for participation in the class.
- Members should always pay attention to changes in vital signs, such as breathing and heartbeat, when exercising with a mask on, slow down or stop for a rest when necessary. As the mask may be moistened by sweat and breath, please bring replacements masks.
- If you are taking medication, please ensure that you take it as normal, unless you have been given special instructions by your doctor.
